Your account
Your account is you: your name, email and sign-in, across every organization you belong to. Open it from the account menu (your workspace's name in the top bar) with Account, or choose Profile under My account in the settings sidebar. The page shows your full name and email, a copy of your data and deleting your account.
Export your data
Under Your data, choose Export my data. You get a JSON file with your profile, the organizations and workspaces you belong to, your preferences and notification settings, the ads and threads you follow, the comments and reactions you wrote, your Agent chats, guidance and skills, your activity and sessions, and the API keys and agents you created. It never includes secrets such as API keys or tokens.
Delete your account
Under Delete account, choose Delete account and type your email address to confirm. The dialog also has Export my data, to keep a copy first. Deleting happens at once and can't be undone.
When you delete your account:
- You leave every organization. Your loops and their chats move to an owner (or an admin) of each organization and stay paused until someone turns them back on.
- Your API keys, agents and sessions stop working.
- Your profile, preferences and private Agent chats are deleted.
- Work you created stays with your team, attributed to Deleted user.
You can't delete your account while you're the only owner of an organization. The page lists those organizations, each with Open members: make someone else an owner there (see Members), or delete the organization.
Signing in again with the same email creates a new, empty account.
Only you can see, export or delete your account, signed in to Pluto Ads. No API key or agent can.
